My motivation
Fundraising for cause areas including:
Testicular cancer
Men's health
Mental health and suicide prevention
Prostate cancer

Most of us young blokes are pretty average at talking about how we're actually going, and that's my motivation. Men's mental health, prostate cancer and testicular cancer have and do affect people we know, and the earlier we talk about it the better.

Earlier this year I was diagnosed with testicular cancer. I’m lucky and grateful to be on the other side of it, and it’s made me realise how much it matters to check yourself, speak up when something feels off, and not just brush it aside. Doing Movember feels like a good way to get that conversation going.

I'll be running a half marathon this November in Queenstown, and on-top of this will do 100kms across the month for men’s health.
