Fundraising for cause areas including:
Mental health and suicide prevention

Many thanks for your contribution last year. Your support is working. Suicide rate in NZ has dropped by 13% as of Jun 2020. But we still have a large target ahead as we lost 654 people last year 471 of those were Men.

Depression is real, damn real. I've been through depression and survived but unfortunately not everyone does. I've been fortunate to have help. We need to create more resources and this is my way of contribution.
The Mo is a symbol, a month to remind myself and others that our life and well-being is more important than the challenges face every day.
