My motivation
Fundraising for cause areas including:
Men's health
Mental health and suicide prevention

Globally, the rate of suicide is alarmingly high, particularly in men. Too many men are ‘toughing it out’, keeping their feelings to themselves and struggling in silence. The Movember Foundation is aiming to reduce the rate of male suicide by 25% by 2030, and I want to help them get there. Help me stop men dying too young.
Last year my mullet went pink as you all helped me hit my targets. This year has been a particularly tough and emotional one for my family and me, and so I’m focusing on what I can do for my own physical health and mental wellbeing. Whilst I’ll still be growing the mo, I am aiming to run a marathon a week for the month…a little over 6km a day. To help me with this, I’m also laying off the beers for Movember. It’s going to be tough given my lack of training, but I’m confident with your support I can knock the bugger off!

Hey Iain, thought I’d drop by to say a big hairy thanks for flying the flag for men’s health (again) this year. 13 years of dedication to Movember and backing men's health. Just know you are doing a whole lot of good for men!

You’re smashing your fundraising all in the name of a bloody important cause – to help men live happier, healthier and longer lives. Movember isn't over yet and you have already hit your KMs target! And check out that haircut and colour. Damn, that’s good-looking my friend.

There’s still plenty of fun to be had this Hairy Season so keep it up legend.

Thanks so much to everyone for your donations so far...the Mo stays with me now for the whole of December. Scarily, we're now over halfway there to it staying for the whole year!
