My motivation
Fundraising for cause areas including:
Men's health
Prostate cancer

I've got my own issues in the prostate space, had more 'date' checks than you can shake a stick at. Also had the joy of biopsies and scans etc. I've always been on the ball 'no pun intended' when it comes to getting checked out. Lost a friend to an aggressive form of prostate cancer so its always front of mind.

I'm keen to promote and talk about Men's health. Men are notorious for leaving issues with their health to the last minute. I've had my own challenges with health over recent years and definitely don't take things for granted. I'd like to see more Men take the opportunity think about and their own health and take take action if they feel there is a problem. Sometimes its valuable to even just get an 'service' and check under the hood.
