My motivation
Fundraising for cause areas including:
Men's health
Mental health and suicide prevention

To raise awareness and funds for Men's Health, specifically:
- Men's Mental Health & Suicide Prevention.

Mens Mental Health
The "mask of masculinity" refers to societal expectations and traditional stereotypes associated with what it means to be a man. It often includes traits such as stoicism, emotional suppression/downplaying, physical strength, assertiveness, and a reluctance to express vulnerability. This "mask" often dictates how men should behave, express their emotions and show vulnerability.

Challenging these norms and encouraging emotional expression and vulnerability in men is vital for mental well-being and overall healthy relationships, it can also help break down the barriers associated with the "mask of masculinity".

Men's Suicide Prevention
Some ways of preventing male suicide are:
- Encourage open conversations about mental health, reducing stigma, and normalizing seeking help for emotional struggles.
- Foster a sense of belonging and social support by creating inclusive communities where individuals feel valued and connected.
- Encourage healthy coping mechanisms and stress-management techniques, e.g. exercise, mindfulness, and seeking professional help when needed.
- Encourage men to seek help and express their emotions without fear of judgment or societal pressure to conform to traditional masculine norms.
