Now, you're probably here because you either saw me speak recently, you're a repeat supporter, or I told you to come here - Either way, a huge thanks for coming through.

If you don't know me, I'm a big bloke that runs ultramarathons, I deliver keynote speeches on men's health and in particular mental health, and I'm a Movember Community Ambassador - All of which is driven by a desire to help Movember in their mission to stop men dying too young.
