My motivation
Fundraising for cause areas including:
Men's health
Prostate cancer
Mental health and suicide prevention
Testicular cancer

I've been a proud supporter of Movemeber since 2013 and helped raise money and awareness both myself and within teams which have included Armstrong Prestige, The Royal NZ Air Force, Precinct Properties, and Fletcher Construction.

Once again I'm a part of the Auckland Council Parks and Community Facilities HSW Team. Pandemics, cost of living, and other stresses that come with life have made it an immensely tough few years that will not be forgotten any time soon.

With an extremely happy toddler and a little girl on the way, is important for me to show my kids that the world isn't so bad however it is ok to be vunerable!

As a 6 year Mo Bro the mo will make a comeback once again however 2022 has had its ups and downs health-wise for me so my focus this year will be moving rather than growing!! As always I will be giving it 110% though and helping and supporting others in the same boat!
