My motivation
Fundraising for cause areas including:
Men's health
Prostate cancer
Mental health and suicide prevention
Testicular cancer

For years I have fully been behind the Movemeber movement and the importance of raising awareness of mental health. But this year is different, it carries a weight that is heavy on the heart, mind and soul.

This year is for my Dad, in his memory and to also acknowledge the demons and pain that he faced. This year is to remind me that the pain I carry in my heart everyday comes from the place of the deepest love for my Dad.

This year I once again join everyone worldwide to bring awareness to suicide, and to hope that someone somewhere never gets that phone call.
