Here at the Royal New Zealand Police College, we are passionate about developing our nations Police Officers. As part of achieving that were aiming to instil sustainable fitness habits, developing operational readiness now, to support exceptional policing into the future.

In addition to our own people, we’re just as passionate about the communities we serve and know we all have a role to play in supporting the health challenges we all face.
With this in mind we have developed Operation Wingspan. A staff and recruit wide challenge for everyone to walk or run 60km across the month. It’s a challenge to enhance both our own physical and mental health, while raising money for a great cause and supporting community action on men’s mental and physical health.
