Our Motivation

Welcome to the NZDF Mo Force Team! We're excited to unite our Navy, Army, Air Force, and civilian communities, along with our extended NZDF family and our incredible Mo Sisters, in support of Movember.

This campaign is more than just a month on the calendar, it’s a collective commitment to raising awareness around men’s health issues, and driving positive change together.

Whether you’re growing a Mo, running a challenge, or sharing the campaign in your unit, you’re part of a team committed to making a difference. Let's stand together for our mates, our families, and our future.

Hey team! Movember’s here, and while it has me down as team captain, the truth is, we’re all captains in this together.
This month is about stepping up to raise awareness for men’s mental health, suicide prevention, prostate cancer, and testicular cancer. things that matter to every one of us.
We each have our own ways of staying healthy and mentally fit, and Movember reminds us to keep doing what works best for us. Whether it’s getting active, checking in on each other, or just showing up, every action makes a difference. I’ll be growing the Mo and taking on the Move challenge alongside you, but it’s our combined effort that really counts.
Let’s make this month one to remember for ourselves and for those we’re supporting. Proud to be part of such a strong team.
United we Mo!
