Our Motivation

The 630 Challenge

Data source: Health NZ — In the 2024/25 financial year, 630 New Zealanders lost their lives to suspected self-inflicted harm.

This Movember I will be running/ walking a total of 630 minutes throughout November.
For every $1 donated, I’ll add one extra minute to my total time.

My brother’s joining me too — for every $1 donated, he’ll do 5 push-ups and 1 pull-up throughout November.

Together, we’re moving for mental health — to honour lives lost, raise awareness, and remind everyone that it’s okay to talk and ask for help.
