This year, we’re not just growing moustaches; we’re growing awareness and raising funds for men’s health. Whether you’re a Mo Bro or a Mo Sista, everyone in our team can contribute to this fantastic cause.
Why Movember? Movember is about more than just facial hair. It’s about tackling some of the biggest health issues faced by men: mental health and suicide prevention, prostate cancer, and testicular cancer. By joining the Movember challenge, we’re helping to fund groundbreaking projects that save lives and improve the quality of life for men around the world.
How You Can Raise Money:
1. Grow a Mo: The classic way to participate. Grow a moustache and use it as a conversation starter to raise awareness and funds.
2. Move for Movember: Commit to running or walking 60km over the month. This represents the 60 men we lose to suicide every hour globally1.
3. Host a Mo-ment: Organize an event, whether it’s a party, a bake sale, or a trivia night. Gather friends, family, and colleagues to support the cause1.
4. Mo Your Own Way: Get creative! Take on a personal challenge, like climbing a mountain, quitting a habit, or doing something daring. The sky’s the limit1.
