I am glad to be part of this initiative being carried put by Team Nautech. Men's mental health is an important but overlooked aspect of well being. Challenges in men manifest differently with some expressing their struggles through anger, irritability or substance abuse rather than sadness and emotional vulnerability.
Hence it is important to have open conversations and access to mental health resources.
