Look, I'll be straight up, males generally find it hard to talk about feelings & I'm no different. 'Toughing it out' may seem like a good idea at the time, but we can't do it forever. I'm doing Movember because I'm aware mental wellbeing in the construction industry is not always talked about and some ultimately feel the pressure when the going gets tough.

The Movember foundation is aiming to reduce male suicide by 25% by 2030.
