My motivation

Talking with and working with those in the trades for a few years now has really opened my eyes to the mental load that comes with working in this sector. Tradies are six times more likely to die from suicide than from a workplace incident and I feel like we all have a role to play in improving this!

As a Mum to two beautiful boys, I want them to grow up in a world where they are comfortable talking about their feelings. Movember also do great work in the area of men's prostate and testicular cancers alongside mental wellness. I think we all have people close to us affected by one or more of these challenges - so help me stop men dying too young.
