been a very long week. for those who don't experience mental health problems, I wonder if you have had "just another week". I know there are lots of peoppe out there who barely made it past our weekly expectations and struggled to get what we needed done, or maybe missed a couple of things due to anxiety or depression. I hope these small efforts on our part let a couple of people out there know that its ok to be vulnerable and equally ok to reach out when we are feeling that way . have a good weekend fam
