My motivation
Fundraising for cause areas including:
Mental health and suicide prevention

Globally, the rate of suicide is alarmingly high, particularly in men.

Each week of November I will be running 60km, that's 60km for the 60 men we lose to suicide each hour, every hour across the world.

In 2021, my little brother Thomas was one of these people. One is too many.

Help me stop men dying too young.

Beautiful weather for running here in Wellington, and it feels good to be at the half way point of the month, I'm currently sitting on 138kms in my goal of 240kms this month (60km a week!)

I've actually just come out of a week of isolation having been hit out of nowhere by Covid. I'm mo-ving for mo-vember for my brother who we lost last year after a battle with his mental health. I am super grateful to some of his friends who picked up the km's in my week of absence bringing my total to 204kms!
