G’day, I’m Harry and this year i’ll be doing my bit for raising money and awareness of the struggles us blokes have, mentally and physically.
I’m no stranger to a negative thought, as I’m sure most of us are, so when you think about a bunch more dudes having the same thoughts, it inspires ya to do something.
This year to raise the funds and awareness, I’ve decided it’s about time I shave my face bare. I’ve been growing/keeping a beard since December of 2013. (Thats almost 10 years, for those playing at home) so for my Beard-versary, it’s coming off. Clean shaven. Baby face. Me, and most of the people I know, will finally get to see what my chin looks like (I’ve forgotten, and it’s got to have changed in the last 10 years)
If you know me, you’ll likely struggle to recall what that looks like, but you might remember the last time I didn't have a good day. It happens to us all, but some of us have it worse than others. Any light shed and money raised for mental health (and indeed, physical health) is the ideal outcome for this endeavour.
Beards and Mo’s can grow back, and money raised might go to saving a bro you or I know, so win win
