My motivation
Fundraising for cause areas including:
Men's health

Unfortunately I've lost both my mum and dad to cancer.
I feel cheated for my kids, they have now missed out on having two wonderful loving people in their lives.
As a Firefighter I get to see 1st hand how precious and delicate life is! The world's not fair and you can't take your health for granted.
This year I'm running a marathon to help raise awareness and money for cancer and suicide prevention, two things that a to common among Firefighters.
One of my best friends took his own life, we were on the same recruit course, we lived together, and worked together on the same crew, but most importantly he was my friend.
Now I owe it to my kids to be healthy, both mentally and physically. So I can be a great Father, just like I had.
