Men's health
Prostate cancer
Mental health and suicide prevention

This will be my 20th year of doing Movember after starting it for fun and then slowly taking it more and more seriously every year. All things going well I'll hit $10000 total donations by the end of this one which says way more about the quality of my friends than it does about me.

This year for every dollar I get I'll donate a minute of my time to that person to use how they see fit, could be odd jobs (would not recommend), fix your parent's computer, or just a coffee and a chat on me.

This year for any day that I receive more than $50 in donations I will do 50 burpees.

If shit gets real and I get more than last year's donations of $1,754.70 then I will do a 1755 rep workout split over ten exercises.

My top ten donors will get the option to choose what I do.
