My motivation

This year, I'm running a marathon to raise funds for Movember—a cause that's really close to my heart. My motivation is simple: staying active helps me take care of both my physical and mental health. The better I feel, the more present and supportive I can be for my family and the people around me.
I'm also passionate about breaking the silence around men’s health. If running a few miles (okay, a lot of miles) can help open up conversations and make even a small difference, then I’m all in.
