My motivation
Fundraising for cause areas including:
Mental health and suicide prevention

I am moving 60km, as well as growing a moustache this November, to raise funds to support Mental Health and Suicide Prevention. Mental Health is a big thing in New Zealand and isn't talked about enough. It's important that people know what's available and how they can get the help they need. I have had my own mental health challenges myself, so I know firsthand how hard it can be to ask to seek help, get information and talk about these things. With suicide, according to the World Health Organisation, being the third leading cause of death among 15 - 28 year olds worldwide - I am dedicating this November to doing what little I can do to raise money for research, better mental health systems and suicide prevention programmes - as well as bring awareness to hopefully improve a major ongoing issue in our beautiful country.
