Another 40km knocked over today. Was meant to be doing an event but it got cancelled - Damn you WGTN wind....again! Never mind, that's what wind trainers are for...right?

20.27km using Zwift to complete a scheduled workout.
294.12 down, 205.88 to go. Seems like such a long way to go, but we have 11 days of #MOVEmber to go...and I expect to be clocking up a few more kms over the next few day ;-)

The great thing about having days where you can work from home, is being able to take a break from the mental strains and unleash your frustrations via exercise.
30.2km (1hr) spin solves everything in my world.
Also managed 16.1km spin yesterday as well as an open water swim and a strength session...and it's only Tues! Its been a week...already...LOL

That's 273.85km done! Over half way and flying down the other side with 226.15km to go - yehaaaa

Shout out to our Team Captain Devin for showing us what strong looks like.

45.1km of WGTN hills and wind on Sat.
Sunday morning watching Team Captain Devin doing his first Olympic Weightlifting National Comp - so awesome to watch.
And for my sins, another 20.2km of spinning the legs out tonight.

Hit the trifecta tonight!
Tough spin session of 5 x 8 min windups (means pushing hard as...).
- Got full 'stars' for the whole session - meaning I hit all the right numbers
- Levelled up in the virtual world
- Scored a groovy set of blue virtual gloves to complete my kit ;-)
Finished at 28.7km so decided to spin it out for a few more minutes to collect the full 30km.

Got sent to Prison today :-O For burning rubber. And for being upside down.
Cycling the hills of Wellington and headed up to Mt Crawford! Check out my dodgy in-mates ;-)
