My body has been through the ringer the latter half of these 30 years on planet earth, and it's given me a unique perspective. Between 4 major surgeries, 2 serious concussions (thanks ice hockey), 2 slipped discs, and a stroke... there's something I've learnt.

Physical and mental well-being are intrinsically intertwined. Nurturing a mindset that proactively prioritises investment in both aspects is key to being your best version.
