My motivation
Fundraising for cause areas including:
Men's health
Mental health and suicide prevention

Mental health impacts all and most deal with it in silence. Particularly, social stigma pressures men into "staying tough" and not sharing what's going on in their silence or reach out when they need it. Its led to high rates of suicide. But these statistics are more than just numbers, they are someone's brother, father, friend who have an impact on their life. That's why I want to participate in Movember this year. Not just to raise money for prevention, but to raise awareness. Your support would be appreciated! But at the very least reach out or check in with your friends and family.
