My motivation
Fundraising for cause areas including:
Mental health and suicide prevention
Testicular cancer

The Movember Foundations cause is one very close to home for me. Having been diagnosed with testicular cancer myself in late September, it’s reality which one seemed farfetched became shockingly clear to me.
To great relief, the operation was a success and tests show I’m cancer free having got it early. However, there’s still a chance of reoccurrence and regular monitoring is required for the rest of my life. But there are many others who are sadly less fortunate than myself…

So, as well as being no stranger to the fallout of suicide and men’s mental health issues, I’m taking on fundraising for Movember, for the research and awareness of this disease and the other causes that Movember tackles

Movember is the leading charity changing the face of men's health. Together we can make a difference for men's health – in prostate cancer, testicular cancer, mental health and suicide prevention. Help me stop men dying too young.

Hi Blake, We got such a shock to hear your news. Young people like you should not get cancer. This disease doesn 't seem to care who it attacks but we are pleased that they removed it all. It is over 3 years since my cancer operation and so far so good. Best wishes for your walk Hope you raise lots of money. Best wishes to your Mum too. I can imagine what she went through.
