My motivation
Fundraising for cause areas including:
Men's health
Mental health and suicide prevention

We’re not just running up mountains, we’re running for men’s mental health.

As part of our year-long Summit for Strength campaign, we’ve signed up for something that sounded like a good idea at the time, the Mt Everest Ultra Marathon, happening in May 2026. That’s a 10 day hike to the start line all to run 70km at high altitude, in thin air, with questionable leg function all for a cause that means everything to us which is men’s mental health and suicide prevention.

We’re doing this because too many men are told to just “man up” when what they really need is support. That outdated mindset is hurting people, and we’re here to change it.

This isn’t just about race day it’s about all the early mornings, the sore legs, the honest chats, and the commitment to keep showing up, for ourselves, for our mates and for the ones who can’t.

We believe that if we can take on a race at the top of the world (with average knees and highly questionable decision making skills), then you can take that step too. Whether it’s opening up, checking in on someone, or reaching out for help it all matters.

Join us. Share the message. Donate if you can. Laugh with us as we train. And remember: strength isn’t about staying silent it’s about showing up.
