Movember 2025 – Let’s Change the Face of Men’s Health

This year, I’m committing to rowing every single day — aligning each session with a powerful stat from The Real Face of Men’s Health report. Because behind every number is a real story, and too many of those stories are ending far too soon.

I’ve been to that lowest point where I truly believed I couldn’t carry on. I never want anyone else to feel that despair. The work Movember does in mental health and suicide prevention is saving lives — and we all have an opportunity to be part of that change.

Throughout November, I’ll be hosting and taking part in a number of Movember Mo-ments to raise funds and awareness:

- Movember Golf Event at The Clubroom – 22nd November

- Movember Football Charity Match – 29th November

- The Battle of the Tashes Test Match – Movember CC vs Seddon CC

- Daily Rowing Challenge – sharing stats and stories throughout the month

I’m raising funds and awareness for all the dads, brothers, sons, and mates in our lives.

I need your help. Please donate and support the cause — because every conversation, every dollar, and every action makes a difference.

Looking forward to getting out on the track with the Movember XI. This is so much more than a game of cricket. It is a celebration. A celebration of men's health.
We all have an opportunity to make a change and save blokes in our lives.
