My motivation

This November I turn the big 30, and to mark it I’m taking on a fairly hefty mission — 30 marathons in 30 days. That’s over 1,260 km in a month, testing my body and mind on a new uncharted level.

I’m running for them — for the dads, brothers, sons, and mates we’ve lost too soon. Every step is a reminder that men’s health matters, and every donation goes directly toward research, support, and life-saving initiatives. I’ll keep showing up, one marathon at a time, but I can’t do it alone — your support fuels this fight.
