Target: $5,000
Our Motivation

Welcome to the Te Pūkenga Movember challenge, a call to action open to all kaimahi, whānau and friends, where every step, every stride, and every movement become powerful agents of change. Our motivation extends beyond the physical activity; it's a commitment to breaking the silence surrounding men’s health issues. Movember challenges all of us to move together, not just to raise our heart rates but to elevate our voices. By participating in this movement, we're not only promoting physical well-being but also sparking crucial conversations about prostate cancer, testicular cancer, mental health, and suicide prevention. As we lace up our shoes and hit the pavement, throw tin in the gym or do some yoga we're symbolising resilience, unity, and the strength to confront these challenges head-on. Movember is more than just a month-long endeavor; it’s an ongoing commitment to fostering a supportive community, breaking down stereotypes, and raising awareness about men’s health in ways that resonate far beyond November.
Join us, men and women alike, in this dynamic journey toward a healthier future where movement fuels not just our bodies but the transformative power of dialogue, support, and understanding. Together, through movement, we can reshape the narrative and create a world where everyone’s well-being matters.
